Maybe this time I'll do it regularly. :-)
I won't take time to update on everything that's happened since I last blogged because 1) That would take FOREVER. and 2) Hardly anyone reads this that doesn't keep up with us via facebook or "real life" anyway!
So... Meredith's baby brother (who is due in 10 weeks and 6 days! AHH!) has a name! He will be:
MASON ANDREW
Andrew after Jonathan and his grandfather (and some others in his family, I believe.) and Mason because we just both liked the name.

Today I made Meredith a chore/behavior chart. It just has a few things on it, but hopefully it'll keep us in a routine with chores and behavior and make it easier for her to understand (and be held accountable). She gets a star for each item that she completes each day and at the end of the week, if she has most of her stars (gonna see how this week goes before we decide on an exact number), she will get a special outing/treat. I talked with her about what she might want to do if she earns all her stickers, but she said she hasn't decided yet. Haha! I'm thinking maybe a trip to the Chick-Fil-A playground or Barnes & Noble. (She LOVES Barnes & Noble. She calls the children's section "her" library. Our little town's library leaves MUCH to be desired or that might be on our list of rewards!)
She did wonderfully today and earned all the stars she could so far. We'll see in the morning if she's earned the "Slept Well" star -- that will definitely be the most challenging one for her!
Here's her chart tonight. It's on the refrigerator right now, or as Meredith calls it, "the fridger fridger". Please ignore my inability to draw straight lines. The star stickers come off easily, so I shouldn't have to remake the chart every week but if I see I need to, I'll just make one on the computer so I can print them out when needed! Pictures from the computer would probably look better anyway! LOL
